Host Agreement

As a host on BNBSouk, you agree to the following terms:

1. Independent Status

You are an independent property owner or authorized representative. You are not an employee, agent, or partner of BNBSouk.

2. Full Liability

You bear FULL liability for your property, its contents, and any injury, damage, or loss that occurs on the premises during a stay or as a result of a booking.

3. No Platform Insurance

BNBSouk provides NO damage cover, NO host guarantee, and NO insurance of any kind to hosts. You are solely responsible for protecting your assets.

4. Mandatory Insurance

You are strictly required to obtain and maintain adequate short-let property insurance BEFORE listing your property on BNBSouk. Failure to do so is at your own risk.

5. Compliance with Laws

You are solely responsible for complying with all local short-let laws, regulations, zoning requirements, and tax obligations in your jurisdiction.

6. Suspension

BNBSouk reserves the right to remove listings or suspend accounts for any violation of our policies without liability to you.
