BNBSouk is a neutral marketplace and technology intermediary only. We provide a platform for hosts and guests to connect and arrange property rentals.

BNBSouk is NOT a hospitality provider, real estate agent, or insurer.

2. Ownership and Control

BNBSouk does not own, manage, or control any of the properties listed on the platform. All listings are created and maintained by independent hosts.

3. Direct Contracting

Hosts and guests contract directly with each other for every booking. BNBSouk is not a party to the rental agreement or any other contract between users.

4. No Guarantees

We provide no guarantee regarding the condition of properties, the accuracy of listing descriptions, or the behavior of any user (host or guest).

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BNBSouk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the platform.

6. Governing Law
